ACCESO Director Publishes Oped on Artificial Intelligence

Proyecto ACCESO’s Director Professor James Cooper published an opinion piece on Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the San Diego Daily Transcript on September 25, 2017. 

Cooper highlights concern over civil rights, national security and economic growth – all issues to be balanced as society and industry grapples with the oncoming era of AI.
